Vincent Black Shadow

So this is the new home of the bike of the week!! And here is this week's post........


A 1951?? Vincent Black Shadow. This bike was for the wealthy (and ball-sy) crowd. It was incredibly expensive and very fast. Over 100 mph. That was unheard of at the time.

Now that the riding season is over, it is time for those of us who ride older bikes to do yearly maintenance, maybe throw down that paint job you have been talking about for 3 years. Or fix that oil leak that has ruined your driveway, 3 pairs of pants your pride.......so get busy!!

For the rest of you who ride new bikes it is time to call the dealership to find out how to winterize your bike or which accessories you need to purchase to stay in their good graces.

Be thinking, better yet, fantasizing about those Spring rides, where are we going? I am in!
